What two to four weeks with us actually looks like
Week 1: We talk to your people.
Short, focused interviews with the people who carry the load: estimating, project management, the office, and ownership. We want to hear where the double entry is, what gets dropped, and what only lives in someone's head. Most owners are surprised by what comes up.
Week 1 to 2: We look under the hood.
We get read access to the system you run on, whether that's JobTread, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Buildertrend, ServiceTitan, or Aspire, and look at how it's set up and what the data can tell us. Bid versus actual. Change orders. Jobs in progress. Features you're paying for and not using.
Week 2 to 4: We show you what we found.
A sit-down with the owners to walk through the findings, plus a written report you keep. Every recommendation comes with what it costs, what it saves, and what order to do it in. Some fixes are a settings change. Some are a build. You decide what happens next.
